the staff was competent and we liked continental breakfast. normal double & very well decorated room. it had good beds and there was excellent pool onsite. the hotel was in the central setting.
It had not very good views.

Always pleasant staff and cute location! I liked having yogurt, eggs and cheese, the breakfast was above average. The room was air conditioned with a stunning view. Reasonably clean and warm hotel in Manhattan district.

It made our trip to New York City a very peaceful experience. The fairly quiet staff was a plus, the location was fab. Modern lobby.

The staff was approaching, the room was incredibly comfortable, everything was perfectly fine. Unbeatable location, within a walking distance of a 70th-floor open-air observation deck. Restaurant was within easy walking distance of the hotel. Early check-in was a bonus.

Everything was fine as always. I loved the hotel and its European decor, it was a perfectly pleasant experience. I slept so comfy in the large bed. Really accommodating staff.

Location, room was perfect( small, but all that we needed) housekeeping was great! Very fast and we never even saw them! Great value and highly recommend!
